Privacy Policy
VerseComms is an unofficial fan-made crew communication app for Star Citizen players. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cloud Imperium Games, Roberts Space Industries, or their partners.
Data we collect
- Account data: email address, Star Citizen ID or display name, profile fields, country selection, avatar, and settings.
- Community content: channel messages, direct messages, posts, comments, marketplace listings, LFG and ops entries, reports, and key bindings.
- Device data for notifications: VerseComms notification delivery token and notification preferences.
- Operational data: server logs, abuse reports, security events, and basic diagnostics needed to run the service.
How we use data
We use this data to provide chat, crew coordination, notifications, moderation, account support, and abuse prevention. We do not sell personal data and we do not add marketplace fees or paid access to Star Citizen-derived content.
User content and moderation
VerseComms includes user-generated content. Users can report content, block pilots, delete their own posts/listings where available, and request account deletion. Moderation may remove content or accounts that break community safety rules.

Use the in-app Settings account deletion flow or the public account deletion request page. For policy or moderation questions, contact the VerseComms operator through the same deletion request page with your account email and request details.
